What do I need to know for my first appointment?

-A mask is required to be worn in the office at all times.

-The first appointment is 2 hours.

-Follow up appointments are 1 hour.

-Wear loose comfortable clothing.

-Bring your completed paperwork to the appointment with you or email it ahead of time to acupuncture.liza@gmail.com. This allows us to focus all our time on you. The forms are below for you to download.

-Bring a photo id and your insurance card with you.
